Bay Finance access wholesale mortgage funds and act as a mortgage manager or non bank lender. Mortgage managers look after the ongoing management of the loan through each phase of its existence - from credit assessment to the monitoring of loan repayments, interest rate adjustments and loan variations. This is well suited to our financial services clients as we are able to offer a holistic and integrated service.
