Paul Hudson -Managing Director. Bsc, Dip Fin Pl, Adv Dip Fin Pl, ALPA,CFP*
Paul founded Hudson Gore in 1996 after starting his financial services career at Westpac in 1985. Paul graduated from Canberra University before completing his Post Graduates from the Australian Securities Institute and Deakin University. Paul has built the business, which now has a client base stretching around the world, with a focus on strategy, service & education:-rather then product and sales. Paul achieved his Certified Financial Planner status in 2003, which is the highest industry designation which can be bestowed by the Financial Planning Association. (FPA). Paul has completed the Australian Stock Exchanges Listed Product course and is therefore an ASX listed adviser.
Paul is married with 2 young boys and is a keen cricket & AFL supporter.
Michael Gore - Director. Dip Fin Mar,Adv Dip Fin Pl, ALPA Michael has been advising people on their finances for nearly 20 years. Firstly he worked for Centrelink advising their clients on retirement, pensions and superannuation. He then helped war veterans with all aspects of their financial lives ; from TPI and War Widows pensions to their superannuation and funding aged care. Michael has therefore built up particular expertise in retirement planning and all the complexities this area involves. Michael has a passion for SMSF's and the relative strategy, investment & estate planning flexibility available to his clients. Michael has completed the Australian Stock Exchanges Listed Product course and is therefore an ASX listed adviser.
Ian Cameron-Regional Manager. Bsc Dip Fin Pl After being a long term client of Hudson Gore, Ian decided to join the business after spending over 15 years in operations management with companies such as Smorgons, and Southcorp. Ian has an analytical background from his science degrees and has furthered this with postgraduate business studies. Relocating to Tamworth in 2000, Ian's family (which includes three boys) enjoy rural life and are developing passions for many sports! Ian completed his Diploma of Financial Services, and spends a significant amount of time in Sydney at investor briefings and seminars. Combined with Paul and Michael we ensure that sure our regional office has the up to date information and advice that can normally only be offered from larger city based firms. Ian is married and living in Tamworth and has 3 sons. Annie La Fleur-Office Manager Annie joined Hudson Gore Financial Services in 2008 as Office Manager after 3 years of working in an administration and office managerial position at Glenelg Country School in the United States. Prior to her position at GCS she was a professional basketball player in the Women's NBL in Australia and also in the Women's NBA in the United States. She was also a member of the Australian Women's Basketball team (the Opals) that won a Silver Medal at the 2000 Sydney Olympics.
Michael is married with 2 teenage boys and is an avid Rugby fan.
